Platform

AI learning inside one complete school platform

The AI learning loop is what makes PaathSpark different. The complete school platform around it is what makes that AI useful every day.

Our differentiator

The AI learning loop

Five capabilities that turn one captured lesson into study material, a coach and a parent summary, with the teacher approving every step.

Step 1 · Teacher · in class

Capture the lesson

After teaching, the teacher photographs the board, a textbook page or a worksheet, or attaches a PDF or their own notes. PaathSpark already knows the class, subject and timetable slot, so the lesson lands in the right chapter without any typing.

What it covers

  • Classroom board
  • Textbook page
  • Worksheet
  • PDF or typed notes
  • Lesson audio (exploring)

The rule

Capture takes under a minute. No special hardware, no smart panel.

Step 2 · PaathSpark · minutes later

AI drafts the study material

From that capture, PaathSpark writes lesson notes, simple explanations, worked examples, a short quiz and practice questions, at the level of the class and in the teacher's sequence. Nothing is pulled from a generic syllabus; it starts from what was actually taught today.

What it covers

  • Lesson notes
  • Simple explanations
  • Worked examples
  • Quiz
  • Practice questions

The rule

Every draft names the capture it came from, so the teacher can check it.

Step 3 · Teacher · a few minutes

Teacher reviews and approves

The teacher reads the draft, edits anything that is not how they would say it, removes what does not belong, and approves. Only then does it become visible to students and parents. A coordinator can review on a teacher's behalf if the school prefers.

What it covers

  • Review
  • Edit
  • Reject
  • Approve and publish

The rule

The teacher's judgement is the gate. The AI never publishes on its own.

Step 4 · Student · at home

Students revise with an AI coach

At home, the student opens today's lesson and asks the coach to explain it simply, give another example, ask five questions or help revise for tomorrow's test. The coach answers only from approved content, guides with hints before answers, and adjusts practice to the student's level.

What it covers

  • “Explain this simply”
  • “Give me another example”
  • “Ask me 5 questions”
  • “Help me revise for tomorrow's test”

The rule

Hints before answers. The coach helps the student think, not skip the thinking.

Step 5 · Parent · same evening

Parents see what was learned

The parent sees what the child learned today, how the quiz went, which topics are weak and what to practise at home. It is a learning summary, not a notification feed, so a parent who has ten minutes knows exactly what to do with them.

What it covers

  • What the child learned
  • Quiz performance
  • Weak areas
  • What to practise at home

The rule

Progress in plain language, in the parent's preferred language.

Every school day

School operations

The daily essentials, in the same app as the lessons. One login for teachers, one app for parents, one source of truth for the office.

Admissions

Enquiry to enrolment in one place: forms, documents, follow-ups and the final admission record.

Fees and payments

Fee structures, instalments, online payment, receipts and reminders that go out before the due date, not after.

Attendance

Marked by the class teacher in seconds, with the parent informed the same morning if a child is absent.

Timetable

The school timetable, substitutions and exam schedules, visible to every teacher, student and parent.

Homework

Assigned from the lesson, visible to parents, submitted in the app. Linked to the same chapter the AI coach knows.

Exams and report cards

Marks entry, grading rules by board, and report cards generated and shared without a single spreadsheet.

Communication

Circulars, notices and messages to the right class or the whole school, with read status, in the parent's language.

Running an ERP already? A pilot can run the learning loop alongside it. Operations move across when the school is ready, not before.

The big picture

For the principal and management

Because learning and operations share one data set, the same app that collects fees can tell you where Class 8 Maths is slipping, two weeks before the test.

School-wide learning picture

Which classes and chapters are going well, where quiz results dip, and which students need attention this week.

Teaching coverage

Lessons captured and approved per subject against the syllabus plan, so coverage is visible before exam season.

Attendance and fee status

Trends, not just today's number: attendance by class and month, outstanding fees and collections.

AI-assisted reports

Drafted summaries for management meetings and parent circulars, reviewed by a person before they go out.
