Terms of service

This website is published by Javinex Technologies LLP ("Javinex", "we"). By using it you accept these terms. The PaathSpark service itself is provided to schools under a separate written agreement, which takes precedence over anything here.

Using this website

You may read and share what is published here. You may not copy the site's design, text or logo for another product, scrape it, or use it to send unsolicited messages. Demo requests must be made by a person acting for a real school or organisation.

What we say about the product

PaathSpark is in a pilot programme. Illustrations marked "design preview" show how the product is designed to work, and features described on this site may change before and during pilots. Nothing on this site is an offer; terms for any school are set out in that school's agreement.

The service, in brief

• The school owns its content, including lessons captured by its teachers and the study material its teachers approve.
• AI-drafted material is a draft until a person at the school approves it. Javinex does not guarantee that drafts are free of errors, which is why approval exists.
• The student coach is a study aid and does not replace a teacher, a textbook or an examination board's guidance.
• Javinex will provide the service with reasonable skill and care and keep it available except for planned maintenance, which is notified in advance.

Intellectual property

The PaathSpark name, logo and software are the property of Javinex Technologies LLP. The school's content remains the school's. Each grants the other only the licence needed to provide and use the service.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Javinex is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability under a school's service agreement is set out in that agreement.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts at Bengaluru having jurisdiction.
